What is HRMS KSFE?
HRMS means Human Resource Management System. It keeps staff records, leave, payroll and service details in one place. KSFE was set up in 1969 and, per its own tender, employs over 9,000 people across 680+ branches. That is why it needs a central HR system.
The login page is titled “Ospyn hrapps”, and one third-party site says the system uses software from Ospyn Technologies. That is why people search for “OSPYN HRMS KSFE”. This link comes from third-party pages, not from KSFE, so treat it as likely but not official.

HRMS KSFE payroll and salary: what changed in 2026
Payroll is the main reason staff use the portal. In 2026, two things matter.
1. A salary revision and a reported error.
Kerala Kaumudi reported on 26 August 2026 that KSFE’s revision, implemented in March 2026, contained a calculation error. According to the report:
- The government order said revised basic pay should add 10% fitment and 31% dearness allowance (DA) to the existing basic.
- Officials instead added 31% DA first, then added 10% on the new amount.
- Between ₹1,230 and ₹7,200 per employee could be recovered, starting September.
- Employees were protesting, and an inquiry had been recommended.
I could not confirm whether recovery has started. Check your own slip rather than trusting any summary.

2. A new HRMS on the way.
On 9 January 2026, KSFE invited bids for a cloud (SaaS) HRMS. A tender tracker showed the bid dates being extended to March 2026. I found no award notice, so I cannot say who won or when it goes live.
Will the HRMS KSFE login or app change?
Possibly. The tender asks for a lot more than the current portal is known to offer. KSFE’s tender document sets these requirements for the new system.
