Steps to log in:
- Open hrmsess.karnataka.gov.in on your phone or computer.
- Enter your KGID number as the username.
- Enter your password.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Your dashboard opens.
KGID is printed on your salary slip, and it is also on your office ID card and service book (egovtschemes.com). A Karnataka HRMS-2 FAQ says the OTP can also go to your email. For that, you must raise a ticket on the HRMS-2 helpdesk (FAQ document).
HRMS ESS login app: A guide lists the “HRMS2 ESS” app on Google Play (Acciyo). It is meant for departments on HRMS 2.0. Ask your DDO before you install it.

Save a PDF copy each month. Banks ask for recent payslips for loans and visas, and old portal access can stop if you change jobs.

Why change a first-time password: it was often shared by your office, so a private one protects your salary and personal data.
SBI HRMS ESS Login
SBI’s official notice says the HRMS address changed from hrms.onlinesbi.com to hrms.sbi from 13 October 2023 (SBI notice, PDF). Some websites show hrms.bank.sbi instead. Use the address given on SBI’s own channels, because third-party pages can be outdated.

For current employees, the HRMS password may be linked to the bank’s internal system password. If you change one, the other may also be affected (loansjagat.com). This is a third-party claim, so confirm it with your administrative office.

Pocket HRMS says its app has no extra charge. The Zeta HRMS app is listed free on the App Store. Your employer pays for the software.
